Junior football team have smart new look thanks to The Shrewsbury Club

We're delighted to help a Shropshire Junior Football League team look the part by sponsoring a new kit.

The Shrewsbury Club, which also hosts top international tennis tournaments twice a year, has thrown its support behind Meole Brace Colts under-11s.

Dave Courteen, the club’s managing director, said: “We’re delighted to sponsor Meole Brace Colts as we are committed to promoting active lifestyles for all children. 

"For many years, youth football teams have been a traditional route for boys and girls to be active, so we are really proud to support them by providing their team kit. 

"It is one of the ways, along with free memberships for all under-16s, that demonstrates our desire to create opportunities for Shrewsbury children to be physically active.” 

Chris Roberts, the manager of Meole Brace Colts under-11s, added: “The kids are absolutely thrilled to have their new kit. It's great to have a local company such as The Shrewsbury Club supporting grassroots junior football.”
