Born to Move Launches 11th June – don’t miss out…

Born to Move, the Les Mills programme for our younger members - is coming to the Shrewsbury Club! 

Launch date is Monday 11th June 2018.  

Monday 11th June 2018 at 4.30pm – ages 8-12

Friday 15th June 2018 at 4.30pm – ages 6-7

Combining a motivating and scientifically proven mix of age-appropriate movement with music, these classes captivate children of all ages – and fuel a life-long love of physical activity along the way.

Wear sports shoes and comfortable clothing that you can move about in – and don’t forget a bottle of water!
