Membership of The Shrewsbury Club
We offer some of the best health and fitness facilities in the UK, let alone Shrewsbury! Members enjoy brand new Technogym equipment, over 80 group exercise classes a week, a swimming pool, poolside relaxation area including sauna and Vitality Pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, restaurant, fully licensed bar, social evenings, food nights, soft play area, Family Activity Programme, membership for children... and more!.

Whatever your fitness goals, our Shrewsbury health club has a state-of-the-art gymnasium with 70 stations. We have invested in the latest Technogym equipment, which can be linked to your Myzone activity tracking belt. Cardio machines, fixed weights, free weights, TRX and additional functional fitness equipment to help you on your journey.

We offer one of the biggest choices of classes in the Midlands - over 100 classes a week, all included in membership. So no matter what your age or ability, The Shrewsbury Club will have a class for you! They are great fun, and you will also enjoy the benefits of getting motivation from your fellow group members, as well as the ongoing social aspects.

Personal Training
Our Personal Trainers will devise a fitness programme tailored to you and then help you achieve them one step at a time. We have both male and female PTs, and all will help you have fun as well as keep in shape. If you only have a limited time in which to work out, a PT will ensure you get the best results possible.

Our heated 20m swimming pool is certainly one of the highlights of The Shrewsbury Club. Significantly extended and upgraded in Winter 2017, you can enjoy a swim in the most luxurious of settings, then relax in the new sauna, steam room and Vitality Pool.

Tennis
We just love tennis at The Shrewsbury Club - and our ambition is always to convey that passion to our entire tennis community, regardless of age or ability. From children to mums and dads, through to more senior players and wheelchair users, our tennis courts welcome everyone - future Grand Slam champions or people perhaps picking up a racket for the very first time.
